business since 1982, ISIS Computer Systems has expertise in Accpac Pro Series®
and Accpac Vision Point® software support and customization, SitePipe Web
storefront systems, Windows Server support, and other office productivity
services such as Internet security, E-Mail and remote access.
We provide the following services…
Software: We are an accounting/management
solution provider for Accpac Pro Series® and Accpac VisionPoint® office
management software. We also sell common office productivity software such as
MS Windows XP/2003, MS Office and backup software.
Webstore
Setup and Development:
We use a great product called SitePipe that allows you to create a web store
and catalogue directly off of your Accpac* system. Once it is set
up, all of your changes are automatically reflected in your web store and all
the orders taken, automatically appear in your accounting system. All activity
is “real time” – no upload/download scripts to run or tedious data
synchronization.
Hardware: We often provide entire systems
such as desktop computers, network servers, web servers, Internet routers,
print servers and peripherals. This enables us to provide you with single
source support for your entire office network. We also work with other hardware
vendors to provide a combined solution for your Information Technology needs.
Information
Technology Services (IT): If your company has no IT manager or they are swamped, we
can act as your contracted IT manager to deal with system maintenance and
monitoring, and user requests to keep your office running at top efficiency.
System
Design: When you
are ready to upgrade your office network, or start a new company, we can help
design your network specifications to fit your company size and anticipated
growth for internal and internet access. Our designs are custom fit to take
into consideration scalability, network security, disaster recovery plans,
proactive fault tolerance and your budget.
Accpac*
Training: All
office management systems require your people to learn new skills and adopt new
habits. We scale our training programs to the appropriate level for your staff.
Network
Support: If
something goes wrong, or you need some questions answered, we are available via
phone, remote access or on-site visit to help in any way.
Accpac*
Customization: Every business has unique processes that no
software can handle “out of the box”. We have the expertise to translate your
processes into your Accpac system via program customizations. We can make a
few modifications to contribute to office efficiency or add completely new
